Part of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyses your user behavior. rpc is allowed to process the personal data provided (name, first name, email, company information (address, VAT & DUNS for billing), QX number (For validation e.g. for required pre-qualifications), General training certificates) to execute the booked training. This also includes the right, to contact you directly via E-Mail, if it’s necessary for rpc to fulfil their contractual obligation in regard to execute the booked training. To track the training status and progress, personal data may be transmitted to and processed by BMW Group for reconciliation.
We use your data, for example, to provide access to the documents required for training and online training in general, to send notifications about new training offers, to manage the attendance of participants at training courses and to create reports showing the data collected in the training history.
Purposes and legal basis of data processing
We collect and process your personal data to process your training and track your progress. After the training we forward your results to the correct BMW Group contact person. If you have previously voluntarily given your consent to advertising, the data processing will also be carried out for the purposes and to the extent stated there.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. Note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries
Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. We would like to point out that no level of data protection comparable to that in the EU can be guaranteed in these countries.
